Senior Production: Much Ado about Nothing 2017
This year's Senior Production was Much Ado about Nothing - Shakespeare's sunniest, most joyful and hilarious comedy.
It's 1945: the war's over and the celebrations have begun. The chaps are back from the front and they're ready for fun, dancing, entertainment - and love! Claudio woos and wins the lovely Hero; Benedick will woo anyone except Beatrice - a feeling that's more than reciprocated. Much hilarity abounds until one sore loser persuades Claudio that the woman he adores is sleeping with another man.
Once again this year we offered Old Edwardians who attended the production on the 26 January a drinks reception in the Chief Master's Study prior to the performance.
