Humanities Careers Evening 2018
As part of the careers Network we hosted an event on Thursday, 8 November 2018, for Old Edwardians and parents involved in the humanities field to share their experience with current pupils from KES.
When choosing possible degree subjects, boys and their parents often ask what career options a degree in History, Philosophy, Geography and other humanities subjects can lead to. This networking evening addressed that question, giving boys a flavour of the very wide range of options open to them, and helping them to understand that their career options post-degree are much more diverse than they might think.
The evening started with a panel discussion followed by an opportunity for questions and a drinks/canapé reception.
Photographs from the evening can be viewed here.
