Engineering Drinks 2014
As part of the OE Careers Network, we held the first informal drinks reception for Old Edwardian engineers and boys interested in a career in engineering on Wednesday, 26 February 2014.
This event provided the opportunity for OE Engineers to share their knowledge and experience with boys in Year 12 interested in pursuing a career in engineering, and also to professionally network with each other.
The evening began with a talk from Richard Kent, a current parent and Chartered Structural Engineer with Arup, based on life as a structural engineering designer.
