Creative Industries Drinks 2019
As part of the Careers Network we will be hosting an event for Old Edwardians and parents involved in the creative industries to share their experience with current pupils from KES and KEHS.
A large number of boys at King Edward's are passionate about the creative arts, but they often do not consider how these skills and passions can be carried forward into their working lives once they have completed their education. This event was aimed to help boys and girls and their parents understand the very wide range of creative industries which are available to them. These range from the world of theatre, music, dance and film to architecture, games design, advertising, journalism and many more. If you are working within the creative industries and would be prepared to share your experiences and career journey with our pupils, we would love to hear from you. The evening will start with a brief overview from the panellists about their careers followed by a drinks and canapé reception which will give an opportunity to ask more questions.
