The 23rd novel in Lee Child's (1973) Jack Reacher series, Past Tense, is out on Monday 5 November, while Jonathan Coe's (1979) third novel following the character of Benjamin Trotter, Middle England, is out on Thursday 8 November.

Opening next week, the third and final phase of the 'King Edward's School and the Great War' exhibition will centre on the School's roll of honour and forgotten casualties of the First World War. Find out more about the final exhibition.
