The late Tony Trott

Tony Trott taught English at King Edward's School from 1950 until 1987, and was Head of English from 1952 until his retirement. Read the memories shared with us by Old Edwardians and staff since the news of Tony's death on 17 February 2017.

Photography exhibition recreates the past

Inside the Thresholds exhibitionOne of the UK's first major exhibitions of photography, staged at King Edward's School in August 1839, will be virtually recreated at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery this summer. Find out more about the Thresholds exhibition.  

Legacy gifts exceed £2m

King Edward's School The receipt of three legacy gifts in the last few months, totalling over £100,000, has taken the amount of funds raised from donors who have chosen to remember the School in their Will to over £2m since 2009. Find out more about the impact of these gifts.
