RECORD NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN NATIONAL YOUTH ORCHESTRA
Five King Edward's boys have been accepted to perform with the National Youth Orchestra this year - a record for the school and the highest number of pupils from any non-specialist music school in the country. Read more about this fantastic achievement here.
KING EDWARD'S RAISES £1 MILLION FOR ASSISTED PLACES
The school has raised over £1 million for Assisted Places this year. Most of the money has come from the telephone campaign conducted over the summer and from major donors who are sponsoring individual boys through the school. Read more here.
NEW STREET EXHIBITION OPENS IN FEBRUARY
This December marks 75 years since the school moved from its original site in New Street. To commemorate the move we are putting on a special exhibition of archive material, including a unique 3D film of the old building, during February.
